My dearest readers. I have watched technology progress throughout the years. You are constantly blown away by what they come out with or what they can do. It can simply be a blessing or a curse however you look at it. For me its been both. I have undergone years of sickness, trying desperately to find a cure or a remedy that would help take away the pain and sickness. I've been through medication after medication and test after tireless test to find the root of the problem. As I have expressed in the last post, I was able to find out what was ailing me. Just by giving the root of the problem a name it opened a vast amount of doors to take to rid my body of this sickness. I went through an allergy test yesterday to test what foods I was allergic to as well as any type of animal or plant allergy. The test was not given by scratching the surface of the skin to find an allergic reaction, but simply one of greater technology. It was a computerized test that shoots electrodes into the hand at different points to find what foods or other things stresses the body out, in which they would be the foods you were allergic too. They also did a test at the very beginning to see how the body was functioning at the moment. Which organs were most weak, stressed or balanced...meaning functioning properly. I found it very intriguing as I watched the tech go through each process. I was skeptical to try this technology out thinking it wouldn't give a good reading. I was wrong. Two days before the test I was suffering with fever, body aches and pains, stomach upset, dizziness and so forth. I felt horrible and wasn't sure if I was going to make it through to go to the doctors. When I got to the office and started the test I was amazed at how much it sensed what I was enduring. I was fine when I arrived but after taking my supplements before the appointment I suddenly started to feel sick once again. The test went through and found my Lymphatics were stressed. The tech turned to me and asked concerned, " have you been feeling sick?" I was surprised and told her what I was going through. She said well that's why. Lymphatics is like measuring white blood cells. And since it was showing stressed my count was high, showing I had an infection somewhere in my body. We continued. My large and small intestine were weakened as well as my Endocrine system. My cellular metabolism was stressed meaning my energy level was very low and my body was fighting to keep any type of energy it could. She questioned me again asking if I got a lot of sleep or if I was that type of person who ran myself ragged trying to accomplish a lot....she hit it right on the head. I have a hard time slowing down and just relaxing. We also found my stomach, connective tissues (muscles and joints) were stressed as well as my skin...which makes sense since I break out a lot. My stomach was sick at the time and probably was where the infection was. We found my liver was functioning very weak so I was given a natural supplement to take to help it function better since its working harder now that my gallbladder is gone. So on to the foods/animals/plants that I am allergic to.
Wheat, weed mix such as hay and weeds from outside, Walnuts, tomatoes, tobacco and cigarette mix, sugar cane and sugar beet, Spelt which is a grain, Rye, preservative mix, perfume mix, pecans, peppers such as green, red, and yellow bell peppers, peanuts, peanut butter, oranges, nutrasweet, mushrooms, monosodium glutamate, mold mix, soy, milk, grass and pollen...which explains why I get an ichy runny nose at strange times, grapefruit, fructose, egg yokes, red and yellow dyes, dust mix...which explains why I like to stay clean, corn syrup, corn...I just bought I dozen ears the other day before the test. I always wondered why I felt a little sick after eating it though, cocoa and chocolate...I already knew this and to have this confirmed saddened me greatly, all the types of cheese...except goats cheese...hmmm never tried that one, cat hair...I knew that since my parents have a cat I get a ichy nose when she is around, cantaloupe...I LOVE cantaloupe, barley, and banana's. The tech also checked the supplements that I have been taking to make sure they were doing well in my system. One of the supplements that i was taking was showing that it was stressing my body out, which means that I was having a high allergic reaction to it. The tech then told me that is why I have been so sick. My body was having an allergic reaction to one of the supplements, which makes sense since that was the only time I ever felt the symptoms of being so sick. I am now taking a b6 and b12 vitamin in its place. Even though I am going to have to find other ways of cooking and different things to eat I am truly greatful for this technology. I am greatful for the food allergies as this might help in getting me to eat better so my body can heal and get the proper nutrients and minerals it finally needs. I am truly greatful to a couple of guys that i have met in my life who have helped me get through this upsetting time. As well as helping me feel better and have the desire to take care of me and make me feel comfortable and not in pain. Having friends who have been physically there for me have helped greatly and they will never know just how much I truly love them and how much I am truly greatful to them. I also want to express my gratitude to all those other friends of mine who over the years have come in and out of my life, who have helped me be a better person and who have been true friends to me. My heart is filled with love for each of them. And to my best friend whom I love dearly, I miss you and hope you are well and haven't forgotten about me. I need you.
Readers, keep in mind that technology is always changing and progressing, and even though it can certainly be a curse, it can also be a blessing. Thank you for reading. May you all have a wonderful day.
OH wow...and I thought I was allergic to a lot of stuff. It still looks like sushi is okay as long as it doesn't contain some of what you listed. I would call that a WIN!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for responding. I really needed to hear from you. And yes it'll be a challenge to avoid all these things, but as long as I have my sushi...I am good! :)
DeleteIt is going to be hard but you got this. You do need to learn to relax though. I suggest starting with a Game of Thrones marathon, moving to an Ernest marathon, and ending with Magic Mike. ;)
ReplyDeleteI don't mind challenges...I get to experiment with different foods now. I'm actually excited...still sad about the things I like but anything to feel better. I am on season 3 episode 6 of game of thrones...i'm addicted lol. Need to work on the others ;) good thinking.
DeleteSoon enough we'll have you watching some anime...he he he
DeleteWell i've already seen some here and there...like the last airender...and some other ones that Sean Munger introduced me to. And I don't doubt you will get me hooked. Lol
DeleteWell when you feel you are ready let me know and I'll get you a list. But until then I can't wait to read what you have to say about, "The Red Wedding."
